I. Product introduction
Plug - in electromagnetic flow sensor (sensor) and electromagnetic flow converter (converter) form a complete set.
The inserted electromagnetic flowmeter (" flowmeter ") is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of various conductive liquids in the conveying pipe.
The sensor has the following characteristics:
◆ No moving parts in the sensor, simple structure, reliable operation.
The plug-in structure is easy to install and disassemble under low pressure or with pressure without stopping water. Therefore, it is very suitable for fluid measurement of existing pipelines and convenient for instrument maintenance and repair.
◆ The measurement accuracy is not affected by the temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, conductivity (as long as the conductivity is greater than 5) and other physical parameters of the measured medium.
The sensor has almost no pressure loss and very low energy loss.
Lower manufacturing cost and installation cost than general electromagnetic flowmeter. Especially suitable for medium and large diameter pipeline flow measurement.
◆ Adopt advanced low-frequency square wave excitation. Zero stability, strong anti-interference ability, reliable operation.
◆ Large flow measurement range. The full range velocity in the pipeline under test can be set arbitrarily from 1m/s to 10m/s, and the output signal has a linear relationship with the flow rate.
◆ the flowmeter has not only 0~10mA◆DS or 4~20mA◆DS standard current output, but also 1~5kHz frequency output.
As the flow meter (sensor) has a series of advantages above, it has been widely used in chemical industry, chemical fiber, gold treatment, fertilizer, paper, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and other industrial sectors and agricultural irrigation water dose of conductive liquid flow measurement and automatic control of the production process.
Ii. Product form and composition
The type of product is magnetic insertion. Connect pipe through mounting base, ball valve and pressing nut, positioning screw. Sensor measurement can be divided into two types: tube type and planar electrode type. The measuring tube type sensor is suitable for measuring the cleaning medium: the planar electrode type is suitable for measuring the liquid flow rate in the measuring medium containing other impurities.

Iv. Product structure
The sensor is mainly composed of measuring head (or measuring tube), excitation system, insertion rod, junction box, mounting base, bee locating mechanism, etc.
Measuring head (or measuring tube) : The measuring head (or measuring tube) is located at the particle point of the measured flow velocity of the pipe and is used to detect the velocity of the flow at that point. Measuring head (or measuring tube) A end or conduit made of insulating material on which a pair of electrodes is mounted. Except the electrode end or the inner wall of the measuring tube, the other parts are insulated from the measured flow body.
Excitation system: The function of the excitation system is to generate a working magnetic field. It consists of an exciting coil and an iron core. It is insulated and sealed into the insertion rod.
Insert rod: made of stainless steel. The measuring head east measuring tube is fixed in the insertion rod. The excitation lead and electrode lead are sealed with the tested medium through the insertion rod and connected to the junction box. A direction indicator rod is welded on the insert rod to ensure that the working magnetic field, flow rate and electrode connection are perpendicular to each other during installation, which meets the requirements of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction.
Junction box: The junction box is located on the upper part of the sensor. The terminal in the terminal box acts as the connection between the sensor and the converter.
Mounting base: The mounting base is welded to the pipe under test for connection with the mounting ball valve and insertion of the solenoid flowmeter sensor.
Sealing mechanism: made of stainless steel compression screw seat, compression nut, rubber washer and positioning screw composition. Used for sealing and inserting electromagnetic sensors to withstand certain working pressure.
